Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director
Stuart has over 20 years of corporate experience and has held senior roles in the legal and retail/investment banking sectors across the globe. Stuart is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant in England & Wales and a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, a Chartered Company Secretary, Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the FINSIA. Educated in Scotland, Stuart was awarded a 1st Class Honours degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of St. Andrews.

Shaun attended the University of Adelaide where he completed a Bachelor of Arts (Major in Jurisprudence), Bachelor of Law and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. Shaun founded the Precision Group in 1994 and is the CEO of the business. The Precision Group is a privately owned investment company focused on the purchase, development, expansion and finance of commercial property as medium to long-term investment holdings, particularly in the retail, commercial office and hospitality sectors.
Leah Fricke is a Governance Consultant and Non-Executive Director. With legal and financial qualifications, Leah has over 20 years legal experience and 10+ years in management roles working in a range of industries at all stages of development and maturity. After 20 years as a governance professional in both private and public companies (including a number of listed companies), Leah now works as a non-executive director and consults with organisations in a range of governance areas. Leah has worked extensively with boards to assist them to clarify the most efficient and productive role for the board to ensure appropriate monitoring and engagement with management and key stakeholders.
Garry has a Bachelor of Economics with an accounting qualification and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Adelaide. Garry also has a Masters of Taxation Law from the University of New South Wales and is a Chartered Tax Adviser of the Taxation Institute of Australia. Garry is a senior partner at WRP Legal & Advisory which is an Adelaide based Commercial Law firm. Garry specialises in Tax law and acts for clients in Australia and internationally. Garry has extensive board and governance experience and has several business investments which he manages. Garry is also a director of W Sports & Media which is a sports management company representing some of the best athletes and media personalities in Australia.
David Klingberg AO
David has had a 35 year professional engineering career becoming CEO of Australia’s largest Engineering Consultancy from 1991 to 1998. He then became Chancellor of the University of South Australia for 10 years, retiring in 2008. David is Chairman of ASX Listed company Centrex Metals Limited. He has previously held the positions of Chairman of Barossa Infrastructure Limited, a Director of Codan Limited, E & A Limited and Snowy Hydro Limited and was Chair of the South Australian Premier’s Climate Change Council and member of the Boards of InvestSA and Renewables SA.
